Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time
Australia: 3–8 business days
International: 7–15 business days (depending on location)

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD.
For orders under $100 AUD, a flat standard shipping rate of $11 AUD applies. Express shipping rate is $15 AUD.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays
Shipping times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
