At Baby Bear, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at babybear.buy@gmail.com. Once your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Baby Bear does not cover the shipping fees for returning items unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care goods (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalised products

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
